A Bronze female nude figure, by the popular sculptor Miguel Fernando Lopez (Milo) and signed Milo, The figure mounted upon a stepped circular marble base, H25cm

Milo, is a Portuguese artist and sculptor born in 1955 who creates bronze sculptures covering many subjects including animals and abstract figures.  He also creates female sculptures in art deco and romantic Victorian  style.  This statue is reminiscent of those and is perhaps my favourite.

The colour is good with no damage and great patination, with it’s signature and origination medal.  25cm around 10 inches on its marble base about 1.5 kg
